I had many questions about the local market since I wasn't familiar with it coming from out of state, but able to reference me in the right direction so I could make my informed decisions on where and what type of home to look for. Tricia is a super friendly, charismatic realtor. When my partner and I met her, we were only cautiously considering buying a house with no idea where to begin. A few months later, I’m writing this review in the comfort of our new home! We met at an open house and she walked us through so much of the process then and there, and got us in contact with a mortgage lender to see what we are able to get approved for. From day one, I got the impression that she was someone I could trust. As we began looking at houses, Tricia was available at all the times we needed her, and once we entered into contract on our house, Tricia was orchestrating everything. She was 10 steps ahead on everything, making sure that each item would be finished well in advance of the closing date, and making sure we had completed everything on our end. She was even sure to always add an addendum to the contract whenever something slightly outside the contract occurred, to ensure we were legally protected. She knows what she is doing very well, and knows how to protect her client. During the process of buying a home, many decisions are made. Tricia is so knowledgable, she helped inform us of everything we needed to know before making decisions, but also respected our decision. However, she would always let her opinion be known for us to consider, which was always a relief. The honesty and transparency made her so easy to work with. At the end of it all, we walked through the front door of our new house, just days after getting married, thanks to Tricia, and for that I am very grateful.
